Do you have a limited company, partnership or limited partnership, or are you about to start up a company? Welcome to Bjursås Sparbank! Please fill out the customer application form below and we will get back to you.

Before you fill in the application

Make sure you have the personal details and addresses for the owners and representatives of your business, as well as other factual information, in advance.
Allow 20–30 minutes to complete the application.
Look up your NACE/SNI code (Swedish Standard Industrial Classification), if you don’t already know it. Find your SNI code (scb.se)

When you complete the application

Answer all the questions carefully, so that we can get a good understanding of your business and process your application in a timely manner.

After you have submitted your application

We will get back to you if we need any further information or documentation.
If you are a private customer with us here at Bjursås Sparbank, we will keep in touch with you via the app or internet bank. We suggest that you turn on notifications for e-mail and SMS. If you are not a private customer, we will contact you by post.
If you are starting a new company via verksamt.se, we will send you the e-mail address for the bank branch that you will need to use when registering your company.

Price

A startup fee of SEK 2 500 applies for new business customers.

Why does Swedbank ask questions about your company?

We are required by law to have documented knowledge of our customers. This is to protect both you and us from being exploited for criminal purposes, which is an important part of our social responsibility.
It is important to us that you, as our customer, feel confident in us as your bank. We ask these questions because we care about society and our customers, and because we are required to do so by law. To prevent society and the financial system from being exploited for money laundering and terrorist financing, laws and regulations have been implemented in most of the world’s economies. These laws and regulations place strict requirements on banks to have good customer due diligence procedures (Know Your Customer, KYC) and knowledge of their customers’ business dealings, as well as a good understanding of the purpose of the various transactions performed by their customers.
The bank is also obliged to verify which person or persons, on their own or together with related parties, ultimately own or control the bank’s customers. Our obligation is established in the Swedish Act (2017:630) on Measures against Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing and in the Swedish Act (2017:631) on Registration of Beneficial Owners. We ask all our customers questions, and we process your answers within the framework of banking confidentiality.
